• Experience in Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals, maintaining a database of resumes.
• Conducting preliminary interviews and schedule the technical interview with Recruiting Managers.
• Should possess good knowledge on various technologies in the market.
• Contact references of consultants and validate the experience
• Bachelor's Degree or master's degree
• Should comfortable for night shifts i.e 8.30 PM IST to 5.30 PM IST
• Must have strong knowledge and experience as an OPT recruiter.
• Must be proficient with MS office suite which includes MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Visio etc.
• Experience in the US IT Staffing Industry
• Highly organized with good attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
• Proactive and able to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish credibility and trust at all levels of the organization.
• Resultsoriented, with good ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
