Description
Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.- Collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain and update payroll information in the HR tool.
- Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages and reporting on this
- Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee income Tax
- Resolving payroll discrepancies
- Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
- Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
- Attendance finalization and update LOP's
- Split and maintain the leave balance tracker as per policy.
- Processing Full and final settlement

From ₹225,000.00 per year
