Responsibilities:
- Managing commercial and residential leasing and sales transactions.
- Scheduling and conducting meetings and visits as per the requirement.
- Negotiating terms between clients and property managers/owners.
- Overseeing the field research team's daytoday activities.
- Build information networks and develop business relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel.
- Should have good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as per the project requirement.
- Real Estate Industry knowledge must.
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
Experience:
- Property leasing: 1 year (preferred)
