Position Overview:

As a Social Media Advertising Specialist, your primary responsibility is to develop and implement effective advertising campaigns on various social media platforms.

You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing engagement, and generating leads or conversions through targeted social media advertising strategies.

You will collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising efforts with overall business goals and ensure optimal campaign performance.


Responsibilities:


  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to define advertising goals and develop comprehensive social media advertising strategies. Identify target audiences, determine campaign objectives, and select appropriate social media platforms for advertising efforts.
  • Campaign Creation and Execution: Create compelling and effective social media ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This includes setting up ad accounts, selecting ad formats, creating ad copy and visuals, and defining targeting parameters.
  • Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Conduct indepth audience research to identify key demographics, interests, and behaviors. Utilize advanced targeting options and audience segmentation techniques to reach the most relevant audience segments for each campaign.

Performance Monitoring:
Continuously monitor the performance of social media ad campaigns and optimize them for maximum effectiveness.

Analyze key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Adjust targeting, bidding strategies, ad formats, and creative elements to improve campaign performance.

  • A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing methodologies to evaluate and optimize different ad variations, targeting options, and landing pages. Analyze test results and make datadriven recommendations for campaign enhancements.
  • Budget Management: Plan and manage social media advertising budgets effectively. Monitor spending, track campaign costs, and ensure optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired results.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with the marketing team, designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between advertising campaigns and overall marketing efforts. Provide regular reports on campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Keep up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and changes in social media advertising platforms and algorithms.

Identify new opportunities and emerging platforms to enhance advertising strategies.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing social media advertising campaigns, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their advertising capabilities, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or other thirdparty platforms, to measure and analyze campaign performance.
  • Understanding of targeting options and audience segmentation techniques for effective campaign optimization.
  • Ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make datadriven recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative ad concepts and strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate campaign performance and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Salary:
From ₹200,000.00 per year
