Description
Identify the training objectives of employees

  • Create or bring in the latest training programs keeping in mind the organisational goals and needs
  • Collaborate with the various business leaders to fill the skill gaps
  • Get involved in planning and tracking budgets
  • Regularly negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost optimization
  • Work to maintain relationships with HRs, business leaders, course providers, thirdparty vendors, event organizers, and other stakeholders
  • Procuring the required training material
  • Proficient in MS Office & Excel
  • Ability to build rapport with employees
  • Collating feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where required
  • Reviewing and revising course materials to ensure they are in line with operating processes, procedures, and systems

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • F & b Trainer: 2 years (preferred)
