    About the Role

    • As a Senior Quality Assurance professional, your primary responsibility is to ensure product quality and reliability through meticulous testing and inspection processes.
    • You will work closely with diverse teams to identify and resolve issues, enhance processes, and maintain high-quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Test Planning and Strategy: Develop detailed test plans, collaborate with development teams, and understand requirements thoroughly.
    • Test Execution: Conduct various tests including functional, regression, performance, and integration testing, utilizing automated testing tools.
    • Defect Tracking and Management: Identify, report, and track defects, ensuring prompt resolution and effective communication.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously enhance QA processes for improved efficiency and provide valuable feedback for software development enhancements.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, participate in design reviews, and ensure shared quality objectives.
    • Documentation: Create and maintain testing documentation, generate test summary reports for stakeholders.

    Skills

    • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
    • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java) for test automation.
    • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
    • Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB) is advantageous.

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 4-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, and test automation.
    • Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
