    Description

    Position: Site Reliability Engineer

    Location: Bangalore

    Experience: 4+ Years

    Job Mode: Full-time

    Work Mode: Remote

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Collaborate with teams to design, implement, and maintain reliable and scalable infrastructure solutions on the Azure cloud platform.
    • Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions using Azure Monitor, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, and other tools for high availability, performance, and security.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
    • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python for deployment and management tasks.
    • Utilize Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IAC) to provision and manage cloud resources efficiently.
    • Participate in On-Call rotation and respond to incidents promptly.
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in SRE, cloud computing, automation, and DevOps.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or similar role, managing cloud-based services, preferably on Azure.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, .NET, Java, or Go.
    • Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
    • Experience with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
    • Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform).
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems issues.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional team settings.
