Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' financial goals and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and promote repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and company policies to ensure adherence to standards and mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve branch goals and objectives.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including product displays, signage, and promotional materials.
