Should Manage a Team of Recruiters.

  • Must have experience in dealing W2 with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders
  • Must be proficient in recruiting & individual contributor Recruiter
  • Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants profiles on time.
  • Proven successful record in the U.S Staffing industry.
  • Must have good Negotiating skills in finalising rates
  • Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.
  • To understand the technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.
  • Should be completing the Targets on time and deliver the desired result without fail.

Salary:
₹15, ₹52,000.00 per month
