    Title/Designation: International Sales and Marketing Executive

    Based at: Ahmedabad

    Industry: Medical Devices manufacturing (Class III)

    Qualification: MBA (Marketing) preferred / Bachelor's degree with distinction

    About the role:

    We are seeking 2-3 years experienced medical devices sales professionals to join our dynamic team in the international sales and marketing department for our medical devices unit. As part of this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative medical devices on a global scale. This exciting opportunity offers hands-on experience in marketing strategies, client communication, and international business development.     Responsibilities:

    The Intl. Sales and Marketing Executive shall report to the Head of International Marketing, and is responsible to assist him in the following areas:

    Data Analysis and Sales Leads Generation:

    · Analyze export-import data to find potential sales opportunities

    Sales & Marketing:

    · Explore new markets and enhance existing client base

    · Analyze market trends to refine sales & marketing strategies

    · Lead sales teams to achieve targets

    · Develop and execute marketing plans for new and existing products

    · Maintain and submit sales reports regularly

    Business Development:

    · Develop innovative strategies to boost sales and meet targets

    · Identify and pursue business opportunities through research and lead generation

    · Customize products to meet international client needs

    Strategic Planning:

    · Analyze competitors and market trends

    · Collaborate with teams for product development

    Proforma Invoice Preparation:

    · Create detailed proforma invoices according to customer needs

    Customer Satisfaction:

    · Relay customer feedback to the Customer Service & Quality team

    · Address client queries promptly and effectively

    Candidate requirements:

    ● MBA (Marketing) preferred / Bachelor's degree with distinction

    ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    ● Fast learner, and ability to adapt to new business environment

    ● Effectively manage customer relationship

    ● Proven problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

    ● Must be able to effectively operate in a PC environment, and familiar with MS office applications like MS word, Excel, Power Point etc.
