    Description

    Clopen Research Capital LLP is a proprietary trading firm based in Delhi, India that uses cutting edge technology to excel in electronic trading. Our team of computer engineers and mathematicians work together to build the most competitive automated trading systems and high performance trading platforms, providing a competitive edge in the industry.

    Role:

    1. Developing and implementing alpha seeking and market making strategies
    2. Risk management: Oversee trading positions, implement risk controls, and react quickly to market events to protect capital.
    3. Collaboration: Work closely with quants, engineers, and other traders to continuously improve algorithms, adapt to market dynamics, and maintain a competitive edge.

    Requirements:

    1. 1+ years of experience in Quantitative High Frequency trading or a related field.
    2. Proven track record of success in generating alpha and managing trading positions.
    3. Deep understanding of financial markets, market microstructure, and quantitative analysis.
    4. Strong programming skills in C++, Python, or other relevant languages.
    5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills.
    6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
