Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the floor staff.
Manage and train floor staff. Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.
Oversee merchandising, shelve stocks, and Promotional Visual Display and placement.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering and receiving stock.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
Collaborate with other department managers to optimize store performance.
Report to higher management on sales, staff performance, and other operational issues.
Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.

Other Details:

Qualification: Any graduate.
Good command over, Kannada or Hindi and English
Required basic working knowledge of computers Word & Excel.
Experience: 1yr to 3yrs (Preferably Retail Industry), (Advantage if in Ceramics or Tiles)

Working Days: 6 days/week. (Rotational week Off Between Mon-Thu)

Age: Below 35 years.
Designation: Retail Floor Manager/ Supervisor/ Floor In charge
Salary: 22000/ to 30000, CTC.
Timings: 09:30 am to 06:30 pm.
Benefits: Holiday Pay, Earned Leaves, Sick Leaves, & PF.
