Roles and responsibilities:
- Attend calls from customer & understand their requirement.
- After understanding the customer requirement give them a solution.
- If solution is not sufficient through phone call, send query to Hardware Or Software Guy.
- Also if the customer query is about courier status them let them know & also inform to dispatch team.
- Coordination with respective departments depends on customer query.
- Handle calls on IVR System.
- Make sure about customer satisfaction.
- Quick response to customer
- Making report as suggested from Senior.
- Basic greetings skill on phone.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Salary:
₹10, ₹16,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Back office or tellecalling: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Marathi (preferred)
