Customer Care Executive (Dispatch Executive)

Experience:
6 months -5 Yrs

Thane


Joining Period:
Immediate -15 Days


Roles and responsibilities:


  • Attend calls from customer & understand their requirement.
  • After understanding the customer requirement give them a solution.
  • If solution is not sufficient through phone call, send query to Hardware Or Software Guy.
  • Also if the customer query is about courier status them let them know & also inform to dispatch team.
  • Coordination with respective departments depends on customer query.
  • Handle calls on IVR System.
  • Make sure about customer satisfaction.
  • Quick response to customer
  • Making report as suggested from Senior.
  • Basic greetings skill on phone.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Salary:
₹10, ₹16,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Back office or tellecalling: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • Marathi (preferred)
