    ROLE

    As a Sr. Financial Analyst for FP&A, you will be responsible for providing financial support and analysis to assist in the company's decision-making process. You will work closely with various departments to gather financial data, create reports, and develop financial models to support strategic planning and budgeting activities. Your role will involve analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and providing insights to help improve business performance.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Financial Planning: Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
    • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement or concern.
    • Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular financial reports and dashboards to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
    • Forecasting and Budgeting: Collaborate with department heads to develop accurate forecasts and
    • budgets, and monitor performance against these targets.
    • Business Partnering: Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support
    • decision-making processes.
    • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required by senior management.
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance financial reporting capabilities.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).
    • 3-6 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably in FP&A.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and Excel/Google Sheets.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
    • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Knowledge of financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL, Tableau) would be an added advantage.
