Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the Query and do the needful.
  • Reporting to the team lead.
  • Proactive work to be done.
Handling inbound calls from customers and providing them with exceptional customer service

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

Skills Required:


  • Minimum qualification
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Excellent communication skills and strong command over English language
