ABOUT THE ROLE:


We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive early-career professional or new grad, Founder's Office Executive to join our team at In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO plus ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows for our company.

You will play a crucial role in managing calendars, organizing daily workloads, managing data sheets, and handling confidential information.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills to contribute to our fast-paced and dynamic environment.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:


  • Coordinate and manage executives' calendars, including scheduling and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and events
  • Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events
  • Act as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Conduct research, gather information, and provide summaries as needed
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, record keeping, and data entry

WHAT WE NEED:

Experience level of an early-career professional or new grad with strong aptitude:


  • Shift timing: 2:00PM IST
  • 11:00PM IST, Role is 6 days / week:
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple tasks
