Responsibilities and Duties:

This responsibility requires you to develop short-to-medium term business strategies, in line with INSCOL's long-term strategic goals.

You would also be responsible for:

  • Conducting seminars at various educational institutions & hospitals
  • Tapping new market segments
  • Growing key relationships and managing existing clients
  • Increasing market share
  • The planning & management of these activities will be through the company's ERP software.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Should have 14 years of relevant experience.
  • Should have excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical & presentation skills.
  • Expected to be well acquainted with the best marketing practices.
  • Graduates with marketing specialization preferred.
