Experience:
1+ years of experience.

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Tele-sales Executives.

As a Tele-sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales through outbound calls, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products/services and secure sales.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships.
  • Utilize effective sales tactics to overcome objections and close deals.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of telesales experience with a proven track record of successful sales.
  • Strong sales tactics and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Hindi.
  • Age limit up to 30 years.

Salary & Benefits:


  • Starting salary 21,100
  • Salary increments every 6 months for sales performers.
  • Additional 10% increment on 'Basic+DA' part of salary on every year's competition.
  • Lucrative, Spot Daily Incentives, Weekly Incentives and Incentive Holidays offered.
  • Local Travelling Allowances offered within the salary.
  • Promotion criteria based on three months' consistent performance, offered at the time of appointment itself.

Pay:
₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
