We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities:

• Installing, Patching, and maintaining the desktop operating systems.
• Checking for hardwarerelated performance issues and replacing the hardware if required.
• Interacting with users, identifying and troubleshooting the issues, and following up on the same till user satisfaction is achieved.
• Perform a regular check over critical and security updates.
• Fixing the Laptop/desktop performance issues.
• Printer installations and troubleshooting of the network printers.
• Creating weekly reports on the system's health status for review.
• Assist team in the resolution of hardware, software, and system issues.
• Folder security and user access management.
• Maintain the Antivirus on all the machines uptodate.
• Performing data restore through Shadow Copy or from the local storage devices.
• Responsible for providing desktop support.
• Provided support on computer performance issues, and user access issues.
• Identifying the system hardware issues and taking appropriate action to resolve those.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
• Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
• Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Salary:

₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
