Description
Making outbound calls to customers and clients to promote products and services.- Identifying potential clients and customers and assessing their needs.
- Recording and maintaining accurate customer information and call records.
- Following up on customer inquiries and concerns.
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Generating leads through cold calling and other marketing techniques.
- Providing information about products and services to customers and clients.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving them effectively.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Stay updated with the company's products/services and pricing.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Overall, the job of a telecaller requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
A successful telecaller is one who can build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and offer them the right product or service.
