Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Create software for projects involving several technical groups
Translate requirements into service designs and work with the chief architect and CTO to create overall platform architecture
Write code and provide technical direction; be accountable for the company's technical vision
Collaborate with technology and product teams to provide safe, scalable, and resilient cloud-based services while meeting user requirements
Build large-scale distributed production systems to support public-facing websites

Desired Profile:

Bachelor's degree in computer science with at least 15 years of experience
Good experience in Trading domain
Experience developing and deploying applications utilising continuous integration pipelines and automated deployment tools
Experience with Spring Boot and Java
Database and SQL expertise
Passionate about developing common libraries and services that improve engineering team efficiency
Prior experience implementing APIs and robust messaging services
Understanding of microservice architectures and the twelve factor app patterns
Familiar with AWS services architecture and solution patterns
