REPAYMENT CALLS - calling students to collect repayment

  • BIRTHDAY WORKS
  • Checking students birthdays and sending them birthday wishes
  • WELCOME CALLS &

WELCOME MAILS :
Ensure all details are properly communicated or not with the students, welcome mail is send to each students mentioning the details after the admission

  • Exam Coordination: Exam intimation to students and coordination of exam works
  • LMS: Portal checking and portal updation with students and clarifying and sorting portal issues
  • COMPLAINTS HANDLING: recording and sorting out complaints of students
  • CERTIFICATES: Certificates and Marklist release and handling
  • Students Meet: Handling the direct meetings of students
  • Feedback Calls: Ensure the feedback calls are done properly by CREs and Sales Executives
  • Convocation Works: Convocation list updation and form filling
  • WebResult : Filling and downloading the webresults
  • Online Class: Coordinating online class intimation works
  • Special Event Wishes: Send wishes to students on special events through mail or whatsapp

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
From ₹18,000.00 per month
