Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Gurugram.
As part of the role, the Business Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, and communication to bring in new business.
The role requires the ability to identify and qualify new leads, build relationships with potential clients, and promote the company's staffing solutions.
Qualifications:
Experience in inside sales and lead generation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in sales or business development
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the staffing industry and knowledge of HR practices is a plus
