(Chief Finance Officer)
CA or an MBA in Finance from an institute of repute
5 to 7 years experience
Drive the company's financial planning.
Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets,
financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the Board and senior executives in performing their responsibilities.
Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization; i.e., evaluation of potential alliances acquisitions and/or mergers and pension funds and investments.
projection process and reporting mechanism, which includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.
Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments
Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
Salary:
From ₹40,000.00 per month
