    Responsibilities:

    • Manage front desk with better reception to visitors and employees.
    • Maintaining visitors register, employee register, courier register.
    • Managing Phone call lines.
    • Helping company employees by data entry in software.
    • Maintaining vendor register and coordinating with them.
    • Other office Administration work.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent English proficiency in written and verbal communication.
    • Excellent at email communications and drafting.
    • Computer Literacy: Should be well conversant with MS Office applications i. e. MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point etc.
