    Description

    What we are looking for?

    We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to drive end to end requirements for our projects.

    What youll be doing:

    o Conduct kick off calls with client to understand the project requirements

    o Conduct required secondary research to understand the project topic and content

    o Handle all client queries/escalations

    o Assist the software team to build Survey Programming link and to check it thoroughly

    o Coach team, Team Leaders, Quality Leader and Reporting Analyst on each project before the fieldwork begins

    o Ensure that all the client documents and program links are checked and then sent to the client

    o Assist reporting team to prepare project status report and to track the project status(production/reporting) daily

    o Meet Researchers periodically to understand the field level challenges observations and share it with clients

    o Prepare weekly productivity report for Operations Head

    o Ensure that processes are set and are followed

    o Give full prioritization to client requirements

    o Ensure that targets are met as per set timelines set per project
