JOB DESCRIPTION:


As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our company.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the organization.

This role requires a combination of sales expertise, market research skills, and strategic thinking to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market Research: Conducting market research to identify potential new markets, clients, and opportunities. This involves analyzing industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Lead Generation: Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms. This also involves qualifying leads to ensure they are a good fit for the company's products or services.

Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. This may involve regular communication, providing support, and understanding client needs.

Proposal Development: Creating proposals, pitches, and presentations to effectively communicate the company's value proposition to potential clients. This includes understanding client requirements and customizing proposals to meet their needs.

Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating terms and conditions of contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients. The Business Development Executive is often responsible for closing deals and securing new business opportunities for the company.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives. This involves communicating client feedback, market insights, and coordinating efforts to meet client needs.

Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives. This may involve setting targets, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitoring progress towards goals.

Continuous Learning and Improvement: Staying updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth. This also involves continuously improving sales and business development strategies based on feedback and results.

Reporting and Analysis: Tracking and analyzing sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Business Development Executives often prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management.

Maintaining CRM Systems: Utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track leads, manage client interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
