Job Summary:


You will be involving in all days to day all department's auditing which including physical verification, finance and HR compliances, costing and budgeting.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Ø Should have experience in auditing of invoices and billing cycle and payment cycle.

Ø Should have ability to audit site reports such as consumption report, stock report, inventory report, work output report.

Ø Should have ability to audit of employees work performance and KPI report.

Ø Should have experience in auditing of all bank payments, vendor ledger and cash register and manage smooth operations.

Ø Should have expertise in cost saving structures and remedies by auditing and should take initiate for the same.

Ø Audit of ERP SAP entries and make report of the same.

Ø Audit of salary, HR and administration expenses and make cost saving procedures. Should prepare cost saving structures in system.


Ø Whole sole responsibility of managing all transactions of company is done by following all compliances along with cost saving, also responsible for preparing and maintaining budget of all operations.

Ø Involved in audit of file management, document management and administration flow.

Ø Identify loopholes in current system and need to resolve the same.

Ø Always work with supervision of all works.

Ø Conduct follow up of audits and pending tasks.

Ø Document process and prepare audit finding memorandum.

Ø Maintain open communication with management and audit committee.

Ø Ensure financial accuracy, internal controls and regulatory compliances.

Ø Develop, Implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance.

Ø Compile and implement the annual internal audit plan.

Ø Should have experience in costing, budget planning and minimize costing structure. Should be handy in ABC analysis and costing.


Ø Should be well versed with ABC audit, management audit, compliances audit, Pre-post audit, civil audit, stock audit, SOP implementation and improvisation, Capex and operation audit, risk management, MOU and agreement audit, payment reconciliation, payroll audit, insurance and commissioning audit etc.

Ø Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to management and/or risk committees.
