Position:

Responsibilities:

Ability to handle cross functional working & dealing with various departments on cross functional issues.
Good at making strategy & budgets for overall growth of business.
Proficient presentation skills.
Providing valuable inputs in various processes including Production Planning & Material Accounting.
Provide Leadership, direction & Management of Finance & Accounting teams.
Managing the processes of financial forcasting & budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.
Control & evaluate the organisation's fund raising plans & capital structure.
Assure legal & regulatory documents are filed & monitor all the compliance with laws & regulations.
Oversee the company's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting & auditing.
Preparing & presenting MIS Report.
Handling all statutory & Tax audit with no Qualification on report.
Preparing & Presenting MIS Report.
Optimize the handling of banking relationships & initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash positions.

Experience
Min 10 Year experience;
3 Years in Leadership/Strategic Role

Salary - 8-12 Lac/Annum

Qualifications - CA/CA-Inter/MBA Finance

Location - Delhi; Frequent Visit to Plant - Khurja, Bulandshar (UP)

Salary:
₹65, ₹100,000.00 per month
