Description
Implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives in assigned territories to increasebrand awareness and drive sales. Conducting market research to identify target demographics and consumerpreferences. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategic plans tailored to specificregions. Engaging with potential customers through direct interaction, events, anddemonstrations to showcase product features and benefits. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers,vendors, and community organizations. Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers to inform marketing strategies andproduct development. Providing regular reports and updates on field activities, including market trends,competitor analysis, and sales performance. Representing the company professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, and otherpromotional events. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations while executingmarketing activities.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field. Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or customerfacing roles. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapportwith diverse audiences. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while meeting deadlines. Demonstrated creativity and resourcefulness in developing innovative marketingstrategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Flexibility to travel frequently within assigned territories and work evenings orweekends as needed. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
Salary:
Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
