Outbound Sale Representative/Inside Sales
TruckX is a leading provider of IoT telematics solutions for fleets and trucking companies in the US and Canada. Our cutting-edge technology enables businesses to optimize their operations, enhance efficiency, and improve safety.


As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking ambitious and result-driven individuals with a growth hack mindset to join our dynamic sales team.

This is a work-from-office position.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and effectively communicate how our solutions can address their specific needs.
  • Understand customer requirements and business objectives to effectively position our IoT telematics solutions as the bestfit solution.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to develop tailored sales strategies and initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using the CRM system.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to drive harvesting, upsell and crosssell opportunities.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Take ownership of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, with mínimal guidance.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Actively contribute to the sales team's success by sharing best practices, providing training, and collaborating on sales strategies.
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in inside/outbound sales, preferably in software sales, Saas cloud sales, IoT, telematics, or technology industry in the US market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of the fleet and trucking industry and familiarity with IoT telematics solutions is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a salesdriven, fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; being bilingual (Spanish/French/Punjabi) is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities, however not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Schedule:


  • US shift of 7:30 am PST 4:30 pm PST Monday through Friday
  • This position is based out of Gurugram/Pune
