JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and management of a range of on-line & off-line communication strategies, to promote the value of TPF.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop communications campaign for promotion and dissemination of corporate and marketing content
- Develop corporate promotions and communications campaign liaising with other departments and the Management Team.
- Manage Sales team pan India and drive capability
- Drive marketing value by working with sales channels through
- Understanding channel construct
- Understanding sales and brand drivers in different channels
- Reach and Visibility
- Working closely with Customer marketing on execution of branding, BTL etc
- Drive product launches and product experience at the ground level to initiate customers to try and buy our products and services
- Be a strong custodian of GST messaging and drive its awareness and adoption with partners, customers, prospects and influencers
- Establish metrics and objectives for measuring visibility and trials
- Take Custody of Marketing initiatives for the zone and align marketing initiatives to the overall business strategies
- Be a strong custodian to drive and share market insights and ground realities with key stakeholders like partners, customers, prospects, Associations, influencers etc
- Customer experience across channels to build delight
- Understand business objectives, go-to-market approach and use this insight to build and execute marketing plans and strategies focused on customer engagements to complement these.
- Planning and execution of loyalty programs for Trade partners/FOS and aligning them to business goals.
- Supporting Brand and Digital Channel in operationalising Digital Marcomm elements
- Developing and executing Giveaways & Merchandise for the team
- Creating & Monitoring Building level Launch programs along with the field team
- Marcomm Budget planning & management
Policy and Process Compliance
- Safeguard the organization's processes and policies.
- Strict adherence to SOP and the defined processes
- Encourage consistent and continuous compliance is followed by all employees and vendors with safety and regulatory requirements, standards and protocols
- Confirm your actions are compliant as per Information Security Policy

Requirements:
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 15 Years
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors/ Masters 8 years+ experience in Marcomm/ Operations/ Trade Marketing
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strategic execution and planning, governance, driving organizational change, enterprise risk mitigation, policy advocacy with regulators
- Experience of P&L management
- Team Management and coaching (direct and virtual) and key stakeholder management
- C-Level customer relationship management with sales experience and preferred experience
