Responsibilities:

- quotation and proforma invoice preparation and maintaining summary (spares)
- order processing and delivery co-ordination with headquarters
- customer communication for PO receipt, material delivery and invoice
- outstanding payment follow up for spares
- update customer master data list with updates on latest contact details
- should handle e-tendering from customer portals


Qualifications:


  • B.Com./M.Com./BBA/MBA with experience (12 years) in sales backoffice management in engineering company (preferred)
- engineering (diploma) background will be an additional advantage
- general knowledge of business processes
- experience of B2B and B2C customers handling is necessary
- should have positive attitude with great team work ability
- good command in language (English) - written as well spoken
- soft spoken, good listener with possessing problem solving attitude
- good working knowledge of MS office - especially Excel
