Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design visual assets for print and digital platforms including, but not limited to, social media graphics, website banners, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and packaging.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling visual designs that align with brand guidelines and messaging.
Take ownership of projects from start to finish, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables, adhering to brand standards and guidelines.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our visual communication strategies.
Work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure accurate and timely production of printed materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Proven experience of 1 year as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and color.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design concepts to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy and organizational skills.
Experience in motion graphics, UI/UX design, or video editing is a plus.
