Job description - BIM Modeler (PH)

  • Preparation of Plumbing and Firefighting drawings by using Revit or Auto CAD.
  • Develop and implement effective Plumbing and fire protection designs for compliance with national building codes, CIBSE, standards, and regulations
  • Revit family creation and modification as per requirement
  • Should be able to work in BIM360 platform
  • Ability to create detailed MEP services, modelling and coordination using Revit MEP& Navis.
  • Ability to read and understand various MEP drawings, plans, sections, schematics, and markups.
  • Ability to work with the team to deliver detailed MEP coordination models/drawings within the allotted time frames and of the required quality.
  • Sound knowledge of various aspects of building services, including drainage systems, domestic water supplies, mechanical pipework for heating/cooling, gases & sprinklers.
  • Should have Experience on Residential, Commercial, Hospital, retail projects.

Other Skill-

  • Ability to be trained quickly on new software and client standards.
  • Communicate in written and spoken English.
  • Display positive attitudes, such as flexibility, collaborative nature and empathy.
  • Should be able to work as an individual and with the team.

Experience-
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the Revit MEP Design industry.


Qualification

  • B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • ITI/Technical Diploma with relevant work experience in HVAC/electrical/mechanical pipework sectors.
