- Knowledge of reissue, cancellation & refund process for domestic & international
- Knowledge of GDS
- Galileo
- Experience in domestic & international ticket
- Knowledge of travel products like travel insurance, hotel, visa etc.
- Team player, go getter attitude & client centric
- 36 years travel agency experience would idle
- Ready to learn about new products
- Good communication skills
- Ready to support after office hours or work in shifts
- Should have at least 34+years of experience
- Should have experience with international & domestic Executive with 5 Years of working with Travel Agency
- Should be able to operate the Travel Software like Galileo or Amadeus
- Should know how to work with Mis, Excel and power point.

- Graduate or Travel Diploma or IATA Certificate
- Good Communication Skills
