    About the job :

    Job Description :
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team.

    As an HCM Cloud Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to meet our clients' business needs.

    You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, design solutions, and provide expert guidance throughout the implementation process.


    Responsibilities :

    • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to human capital management.
    • Design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Labor.
    • Customize Oracle HCM Cloud applications to align with clients' business processes and organizational structure.
    • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of HCM Cloud solutions.
    • Provide training and support to end users on HCM Cloud functionality and best practices.
    • Conduct workshops and presentations to demonstrate HCM Cloud capabilities and benefits.
    • Work with project teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of HCM Cloud solutions within agreed timelines and budgets.
    • Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud product developments, releases, and industry trends.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience as an HCM Cloud Functional Consultant or similar role, with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
    • Strong understanding of human capital management processes and best practices.
    • Handson experience in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and clientfacing skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud is preferred.
