Description
Should be the first and important point of contact for the students/ clients over telephone enquiry or direct enquiry.- Handle inbound and outbound calls completely.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
- Manage and communicate effectively the course details or other details required in the case of references/leads/clients passed on by top management.
Salary:
₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift

- Alappuzha, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
