As the SEO Specialist at Routinely, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve our organic search visibility, drive traffic to our website, and enhance overall online presence.

Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us reach a wider audience and connect with those seeking health and wellness solutions.

Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings, website traffic, and brand visibility.
Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.

On-Page and Technical Optimization:

Optimize website content, meta tags, and images for improved search engine rankings and user experience.
Collaborate with web development teams to implement technical SEO recommendations.

Content Optimization and Creation:

Collaborate with content creators to optimize existing content and develop new SEOfriendly content.
Ensure that content aligns with best SEO practices and resonates with target audiences.

Link Building and Outreach:

Plan and execute link building strategies to acquire highquality, authoritative backlinks.
Build relationships with relevant industry partners and websites for guest posting opportunities.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
Provide regular reports on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other relevant KPIs.

Stay Current with SEO Trends:

Stay informed about the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Recommend adjustments to strategies based on industry changes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of improving organic search visibility and driving results.
Indepth understanding of SEO techniques, keyword research, and best practices.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
Knowledge of onpage and technical SEO optimization.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative SEO ideas.
