Required Production In charge for FMCG Confectionery Packing Unit.He/She Should Be able to handle Female Labor for production.
Good Knowledge of Computer
Experience:
- 3 to 6 Year in Production Unit.
- Take Production Planning from Marketing Team by Monthly/Weekly/Daily
- Send to Raw Material Requirement as per Planning by Monthly/Weekly/Daily
- Handled Supervisor and labour as per Production Planning and take Productions
- Insure the Production Line as per Plan
- In force SOP's and System.
- Utilize Manpower and Their Skills as maximum as possible.
- Recruitment and search of new labor or Labor Contractor
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
