Roles and Responsibility

We are looking to hire an experienced individual who has both videography and photography skills exclusively for a home décor brand.

The role will be for someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment shooting as well as editing content to accurately reflect the brand for marketing collateral including marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc, and Social Media Ads and Creatives.

Photography and Videography:

You'll be responsible for capturing high-quality product images and videos that showcase our home decor accessories in the best light.

This includes setting up and arranging props, adjusting lighting, and utilizing your expertise to create visually appealing compositions.

Editing and Post-Production:

After capturing the perfect shots, you'll be in charge of editing and enhancing them to ensure they meet our brand's aesthetic standards.

This includes color correction, retouching, cropping, and adding any necessary special effects to bring out the beauty of our products.

Equipment Maintenance:

As our resident expert, you'll be responsible for maintaining and organizing all photography and videography equipment.

This includes ensuring cameras, lenses, lighting, and other accessories are in excellent working condition, as well as keeping an inventory of necessary supplies.

Creative Collaboration:

You'll work closely with our Cataloguing Team to bring ideas to life.

Collaborative brainstorming sessions will allow you to contribute your unique perspective and leverage your creative skills to produce outstanding visual content.

Essential Qualifications:

3+ Years of experience in photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing your talent and creativity.
Experience using design/editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Good hand with equipment, tools, various cameras/lenses, image processing software, and a strong sense of lighting.
Understands brand guidelines.
Knowledge of composition, lighting techniques, and visual storytelling.
Strong commitment towards work and delivering an uncompromised quality output.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
A responsible individual who serves uncompromised quality of work and meets deadlines.
A learning mindset to stay on top of trends and continuously improve your skills, enabling you to bring fresh ideas and techniques to the table.

With over 5000 Designs, a statement maker in Women, Men and Kids' fashion, the brand was later acquired by the Unicorn enjoying stardom - GlobalBees in 2021.

With a vision to disrupt yet another space in the retail industry, the duo is keen on hiring, the right talents who have a passion to make a name for themselves, to join their team in their new home décor label - EKHASA.

Salary:
₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
