Job Title:
Customer Relationship Officer (Banking English Voice Process)**
Job Location: Ambattur Industrial Estate, Ambattur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

Required Skills:

Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills.
Ability to convince & assist customers in all their queries.
Should be comfortable traveling to Ambattur Industrial Estate.
Mandatory Skills: Excellent Verbal communication in English.

Education:
Any Graduation with or without backlogs
(Post Graduate not Eligible for this role)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Understanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility.
Suggesting the customer alternative products based on need, lifestyle & spending power.
Explaining the customers about the benefits and offers related to the products.
Maintain amicable conversation throughout the call and build customer delight.

Salary: 15000/- as take home + Incentives + Over time allowance (For the Period of First Three to Six Month).

After Completion of Three to Six months Salary will be hiked around 2.5 LPA LPA ( 18k - 19k as take home ) + Incentives + Over time allowance + PF + Medical Insurance.

Shift Timings: 9:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M
(Including all the breaks in between)

Working Days:
Six days of Working and One day Rotational Week Off. After Completion of Six month it will be Five days working and Two days rotational week off.
After Completion of 3-6 will get work from home (WFH) opportunity.

(Note:
SATURDAY & SUNDAY is NOT a Fixed Week Off)
