Description

Responsibility:

Customer Support:
Provide exceptional support via call and chat, addressing customer queries promptly.

Guide customers through the GeM registration process and resolve technical issues.


Client acquisition:
Identify and acquire new clients through market research and lead generation.

Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into successful clients.


Lead Management:
Effectively manage many leads throughout the sales cycle.

Follow up with leads, maintain accurate records, and prioritize high-potential prospects.


GeM Registration:
Possess sound knowledge of the GeM portal and registration procedures.

Assist clients in completing the registration process and resolving any issues.


Compliance:
Vast knowledge of the tendering process i.e. documentation, product upload etc.


Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills and GeM portal knowledge.
  • Ability to handle a large volume of leads with attention to detail.
  • Proven client acquisition and sales experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and government procurement processes a plus.
  • Having 1 to 2 years of experience.

Preet Vihar, Delhi


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Morning shift

  • Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
