Role & Responsibilities - A communication skills trainer may work in different environments


Their common responsibilities include:

  • Conducting training sessions and developing selfawareness among training students.
  • Groom personalities of participants and improve their soft & hard skills.
  • Identify weaknesses and strengths of students.
  • Prepare a plan of action to determine areas where students can improve.
  • Prepare and conduct routine mock tests.
  • Formulate learning and development strategies and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with project teams and trainers to develop training courses.
  • Implement inventive techniques for effective and interactive training.
  • Collect data to assess the effectiveness of training sessions.
  • Demonstrate excellent management & interpersonal skills.
  • Take part in team meetings and performance review meetings (as/if applicable).
