Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to understand project

requirements and user needs

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize and

communicate design ideas

• Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and best

practices

• Develop style guides, design systems, and UI pattern libraries to ensure design consistency and

scalability

• Collaborate with development teams to implement UI designs using frontend technologies such as

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Provide technical guidance and support to developers in implementing UI/UX solutions
• Conduct accessibility audits and ensure compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
• Optimize UI designs for performance, responsiveness, and crossbrowser compatibility
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders and users to gather feedback and iterate on designs
• Work in an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and

retrospectives

• Collaborate with UX researchers, visual designers, and content creators to deliver cohesive user

experiences

• Communicate design concepts, rationale, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non

- technical stakeholders

• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of UI/UX

designs

• Assist in creating and maintaining design documentation, including style guides, design principles,

and UI specifications


Location & commitments

• Location : Bangalore
• Working days : Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays
• Experience: Total 6+ years experience UI/UX Designer or similar role, Portfolio of design projects

Skills required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, UI Developer, or similar technical role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of UI/UX principles and showcasing your

design work

• Proficiency in UI design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong knowledge of frontend web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks

(React, Angular, )

• Understanding of responsive design and mobilefirst development principles
• Familiarity with usability testing techniques and usercentered design methodologies
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG, ARIA)
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail, typography, and color theory
• Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
• Strong problemsolving and analytical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Experience with motion design and animation is a plus
• Knowledge of backend development and API integration is a plus
• Familiarity with UX research methodologies and tools is a plus
• Understanding of design thinking and agile methodologies is a plus
• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with new design trends and emerging technologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with crossplatform and mobile app design is a plus
• Knowledge of information architecture and content strategy is a plus
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard design is a plus
• Familiarity with design collaboration and handoff tools (e.g., Zeplin, InVision) is a plus
• Understanding of UX writing and microcopy best practices is a plus
• Experience with user research methodologies, such as interviews and surveys, is a plus
• Education qualification: Graduation in Computer Science or Graphic Design

Salary:
₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
