Job Overview:

A Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes.

This position involves coordination, communication, and administrative tasks to facilitate effective sales activities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Receive and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Keep track of order status and provide updates to customers as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
  • Provide information about products, pricing, and delivery.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Generate reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Communicate with customers to gather information, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order details.
  • Prepare and maintain sales documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Manage and organize salesrelated documentation and files.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to address any inventoryrelated issues.

Qualifications:


  • Prefer Science graduate with any degree in business, marketing.
  • Previous experience of minimum 5 years in sales support, customer service, or a similar role is beneficial.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in order processing and documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant tools.

Pay:
₹300, ₹350,000.00 per year
