Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (IST)
Experience: 3 to 8 Years of Experience

Responsibilities:
- Market bench consultants.
- Maintain an active bench list.
- Expertise in Placing CPT, OPT EAD, and H1B Transfers.
- Develop a cordial relationship with tier 1 vendors and get more requirements from them.
- Quickly update the resume as per requirement and submit it to the vendor.
- Monitor and capture the new areas of the market.
- Develop new business areas and tier 1 vendors.
- Cold calling.
- Constantly updating the vendor database.
- Create vendor database clientwise and regionwise.
