    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Gather and document detailed requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
    • Define and document both functional and nonfunctional requirements, considering aspects such as performance, scalability, security, and usability.
    • Break down requirements into manageable backlogs and use cases for implementation by the development team.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and development team members to prioritize requirements and define acceptance criteria.
    • Assist the development team during the development process, providing clarification and guidance as needed.
    • Conduct requirement walkthroughs and reviews with stakeholders and development team members.
    • Ensure that requirements are accurately captured and documented throughout the software development lifecycle.
    • Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet stakeholder expectations.
    • Provide input and support for testing efforts, including test case development and validation against requirements.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and functional consulting.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in the Storage Domain.
    • Strong understanding of requirementgathering techniques and methodologies.
    • Experience documenting functional and nonfunctional requirements.
    • Ability to break down requirements into actionable tasks for development teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and development team members.
    • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred.
    • Experience in the storage domain is highly desirable.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
