Responsibilities:


  • Assist with managing office operations and ensuring office equipment and supplies are in good condition
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, including filing, data entry, and updating databases
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments, ensuring timely attendance and preparedness
  • Participating in client and team meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items
  • Providing general office support and performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Good problemsolving skills and the ability to multitask
