    Job Role – Customer Support Executive (Voice Profile)

    Experience – 0 to 29 Month

    Job Location – Gurgaon

    Working days – 5 days working, Rotational night shifts ( Fixed Sat- Sun Off )

    Job Overview –

    The candidate is expected to cater to inbound calls and chats in apt and professional way. Imparting a complete and accurate product information which leads prospects/customers to opt for offered courses. Ensuring business and customer centric approach with multitasking skills.

    Roles and Responsibilities-· Customer Service through calls

    • Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels
    • Build client & domain knowledge to be able to deliver a resolution on the first conversation
    • Ensure adherence to Client Service Level Agreements(SLAs) like Customer Satisfaction, Service
    Level, Handle Time & Customer Effort

    • Maintain Internal Service Attendance & Accountability policies
    • Execute issue /query & Client level delivery quality on calls
    • Adhere to Customer resolution and ensure proper documentation &follow-up
    Identify, share and support operational improvements

    Desired Candidate Profile-· Good Communication skills & Inter-personal relations

    • Good sales knowledge
    • Ability to handle pressure
    • Customer centric
    • Active listener
    • Must be graduate.
